WHO I AM

I started developing PCOS symptoms at the age of 26, after having no issues around my body, hormones and weight before this.

My symptoms continued to worsen over four years, when I reached the peak of my PCOS. I had gained 15kg, I felt bloated and uncomfortable in my body and in anything I wore. I was exercising every day and cutting gluten, dairy and sugar and STILL not seeing any results.

I knew something had to change. I then shifted my fitness completely and watched as my weight started falling off easily. I then became a personal trainer to hone in on getting the strength and tone I wanted in my body without spending hours at the gym, counting calories or dieting.

Since then I have created a style of workouts that are SPECIFICALLY designed for women with PCOS. They work with your body to help you get the results you want, without causing hormonal imbalances.

It is my mission to help women with PCOS get these results long-term, whatever that looks and feels like for you, to feel amazing in your body again.
